Description

Ingrédients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped

- 4 New England style hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until the lobster is coated evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush the outsides of the buns with melted butter.
- Toast the buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
