Description
A delicious butter lobster roll made with fresh lobster meat and buttery toasted rolls.
Ingrédients

- 4 New England-style hot dog buns

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, melted butter, lemon juice, celery, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the buns until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve immediately.
