Description
Delicious carne asada tacos made with marinated grilled steak and fresh toppings.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced steak on tortillas and topping with onions, cilantro, and avocado.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.

- Adjust the seasoning based on your taste.
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or salsa.
