Description

Ingrédients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced steak on tortillas and topping with onions, cilantro, and avocado.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
