Description

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken roll in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
