- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of jalapenos (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chili, cream cheese, and sour cream.
- Add the chopped onions and jalapenos, mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapenos.
- Can be made in advance and reheated.
- Try adding black beans for extra texture.
