Ingrédients

- 6 cups of diced bread
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 pound of cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the bread, sausage, onion, and bell pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
