  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 pound of cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread, sausage, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
