Description
A delicious cinnamon roll casserole that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls in a baked dish.

- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Top with icing from the cinnamon rolls if desired.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
