Description
A refreshing cold cucumber soup made with yogurt and dill.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cucumber, yogurt, dill, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold, garnished with extra dill if desired.

- Use fresh cucumbers for the best flavor.
- Adjust the garlic according to your taste.
- This soup can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
