- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked lobster meat, celery, green onions, and parsley. Mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve the lobster salad on lettuce leaves.
- Top with avocado slices before serving.
