Ingrédients

- 1 pound lobster tails
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cotton candy flavoring
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the lobster meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and lemon juice. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add cotton candy flavoring and salt. Stir to combine.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Toss the lobster pieces in the cotton candy syrup.
- Serve with a garnish of cotton candy on top.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
