Ingrédients

  • Fresh ravioli dough – 2 cups
  • Cooked crab meat – 1 cup
  • Cooked lobster meat – 1 cup
  • Ricotta cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, lobster meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Roll out the ravioli dough to a thin sheet.
  3. Cut the dough into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
