Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add diced onions and chopped vegetables on top.
- Stir in minced garlic and season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
