Ingrédients

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
