Description
A simple and healthy spaghetti dish suitable for the Daniel Fast.
Ingrédients

- 8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- Make sure to use whole wheat spaghetti for the Daniel Fast.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
