- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix flour, Old Bay seasoning, and salt.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each crab leg in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated crab legs in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
