Ingrédients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Black olives for decoration

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and chives to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Slice olives to create laces and place them on top of the eggs.
