Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a football.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool before serving.
