- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a football shape.
- Roll the cheeseball in chopped nuts to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
