- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onions, bell peppers, corn, and black beans.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
