Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool completely.
- Level the cakes and stack them with frosting in between.
- Cover the entire cake with green buttercream frosting.
- Use white fondant to create field lines.
- Decorate with chocolate frosting for borders.

- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- You can use edible markers to write messages on the fondant.
- Consider adding mini footballs on top for extra decoration.
