Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Mix cheese, bacon, and green onions in a bowl.
- Stuff each piece of dough with the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed dough in a greased baking dish.
- Brush with melted butter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
