A simple and delicious recipe for a hearty football Sunday meal made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds of beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the beef chuck roast on all sides.
- Place the browned roast in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes on top of the roast.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the beef before serving.

- Serve with crusty bread.
