- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Mix sour cream and taco seasoning; spread over beans.
- Layer salsa on top of sour cream.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over salsa.
- Add sliced olives and green onions on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance and baked before serving.
- Use your favorite salsa for added flavor.
- Feel free to add jalapeños for heat.
