Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely.
  9. Mix marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar for filling.
  10. Spread filling on one pie and top with another.
