Instructions

- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Split the lobsters in half and brush with the garlic butter.
- Grill for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
