Ingrédients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Coat each patty with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the same pan.
- Fill each bun with a fried lobster patty.
- Serve immediately.
