Delicious fried lobster tail with a crispy coating.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In one bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with milk.
- In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
- Dip lobster tails in flour, then egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place lobster tails in hot oil.
- Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.

- Ensure oil is hot before frying.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
