Ingrédients

- 2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add cumin, salt, and black pepper, stir for 1 minute.
- Add frozen black-eyed peas and vegetable broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
