Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder to the beef.
- Stir in black beans, cheese, and salsa.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
