Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder to the beef.
  4. Stir in black beans, cheese, and salsa.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds.
  6. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll tightly.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
