Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions until browned.
- Drain excess fat and mix in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon beef mixture onto buns and top with cheese.
- Cover with the top halves of buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
