  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top before chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until firm.
