- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheese and jalapenos.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
