- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
