Description

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the green beans to the bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with half of the crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
  9. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
