Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails and grill for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve with remaining butter sauce.
