- Food coloring (red or pink)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil without stirring.
- Use a candy thermometer to check the temperature until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in flavoring and food coloring.
- Carefully pour the mixture into heart-shaped molds.
- Insert lollipop sticks and allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, remove lollipops from molds.
