A rich and creamy lobster bisque that is both healthy and delicious.


Ingrédients

  • 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrot until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika.
  4. Add the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Puree the mixture using an immersion blender.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and chopped lobster.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Heat through and serve warm.

  • Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
  • Can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a lighter option.
