Description
A rich and creamy lobster bisque that is both healthy and delicious.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrot until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the tomato paste and paprika.
- Add the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Puree the mixture using an immersion blender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chopped lobster.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat through and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a lighter option.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
