- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond butter, and honey.
- Add in chocolate chips, cranberries, walnuts, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
