Instructions

- Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into Hello Kitty shapes.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before decorating with icing and chocolate chips.
