Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster tails.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.

- Adjust marinade to taste.
