Ingrédients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture boils, then stop stirring.
- Cook until it reaches 250°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts.
- Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip cooled candies in chocolate and place on wax paper.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before the chocolate sets.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use different nuts for variety.
- Can add food coloring to chocolate for a festive look.
