Ingrédients

  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the mixture boils, then stop stirring.
  3. Cook until it reaches 250°F on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts.
  5. Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
  8. Dip cooled candies in chocolate and place on wax paper.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before the chocolate sets.
