Instructions

  1. Rinse and soak black-eyed peas overnight.
  2. Cook black-eyed peas according to package instructions.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
