Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add salt if desired.

- Grab the lobster by the body and drop it into the boiling water headfirst.
- Cover the pot and return to a boil.
- Cook the lobster for 8-10 minutes per pound.
- Remove the lobster and place it in ice water to stop cooking.
- Serve with melted butter.
