  • 1 pound pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the lobster and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  3. Remove the lobster, let cool, and then remove the meat from the shell.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
  7. Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add lobster meat to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  9. In the boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  10. Drain the pasta and combine it with the lobster mixture.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
