Ingrédients

- 1 live lobster (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound pasta of choice
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobster and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove the lobster, let cool, and then remove the meat from the shell.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add lobster meat to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- In the boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and combine it with the lobster mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Pair with a crisp white wine.
