A guide to making traditional Japanese Valentine’s chocolate.

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruits
Instructions
- Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate into molds.
- Sprinkle mixed nuts and dried fruits on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from molds and pack for gifting.
