Instructions

- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate mixture, coating completely.
- Place back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
