Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
- Melt the coconut oil and mix with cocoa powder.
- Pour a layer of the chocolate mixture into muffin liners.
- Add a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Finish with another layer of chocolate.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes until set.
