Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before rolling in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
