Description

- 1 cup lion’s mane mushrooms, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded lion’s mane mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add sautéed mushrooms to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Butter the hot dog buns and toast them in the skillet until golden.
- Fill each bun with the mushroom mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Feel free to add other seasonings to taste.
