Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through.
- Serve with remaining garlic butter for dipping.
