Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with salt.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through.
  9. Serve with remaining garlic butter for dipping.
